Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTION TERMS: FIRST CLEANUP FREE

Our "First Cleanup Free" offer is valid only for new customers signing up for recurring weekly or bi-weekly service. This promotion requires a minimum commitment of two (2) serviced visits. If the service is cancelled before the second scheduled visit is completed, the customer agrees to be charged a one-time $65 Initial Cleaning Fee to cover the labor and disposal costs of the first visit. By signing up for this promotion, you authorize Clean Paws Squad to process this charge upon early cancellation.

2. ACCESS TO YOUR YARD

The customer must ensure that Clean Paws Squad has full access to the service area on the scheduled day. Gates must be unlocked or a code provided. If we cannot access the yard, the service will be skipped, and the full service fee will still apply.

3. AGGRESSIVE DOGS

For the safety of our technicians, dogs must be kept indoors or in a separate area during service. If a dog is in the yard and shows aggression, we will not enter, and the service fee will still apply.

4. YARD CONDITION (GRASS & DEBRIS)

To ensure the best results, grass should be kept at a reasonable length. Clean Paws Squad is not responsible for waste missed due to tall grass, heavy leaves, or yard debris. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee a 100% clean yard under these conditions.

5. WASTE DISPOSAL

All pet waste collected will be double-bagged and placed in the customer's designated outdoor trash bin. Clean Paws Squad does not haul waste away from the property.

6. PHOTO PROOF & QUALITY CONTROL

For quality assurance and to confirm service completion, our technicians may take a photo of the closed gate or the cleaned yard. These photos are for internal records and proof of service only.

7. HOLIDAYS & WEATHER

We do not service on major holidays. If your service day falls on a holiday, we will clean up the accumulated waste on your next scheduled visit. In case of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or hurricanes), service may be postponed to the following day or the next scheduled visit.

8. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Payments are due as agreed upon in your selected plan. You may cancel or pause your service at any time with a 24-hour notice before your next scheduled visit.

9. INITIAL CLEANING & EXTRA FEES
All new service locations are subject to a one-time $30 Initial Cleaning Fee. This fee covers the extra time and labor required to bring your yard up to our maintenance standard.
Please note that standard pricing is based on average yard sizes. Excessively large lots, overgrown grass, or yards that have not been cleaned for an extended period may require a custom estimate. If we arrive and determine the scope of work exceeds the standard initial cleaning, we will contact you before proceeding.
